Matthew Podolsky
President, Co-Founder
Matthew helped found Wild Lens in 2011 with the goal of bringing biologists and filmmakers together to produce films that would have an impact on critically important wildlife conservation issues. Matthew began full-scale production on his first feature length film, Scavenger Hunt, immediately after the inception of Wild Lens. Since then Matthew co-directed and produced the Emmy-nominated Wild Lens film Bluebird Man, and has produced numerous short films for the Eyes on Conservation series.

Sarinah Simons
ETH Podcast Head Producer
Sarinah has been captivated by the beauty and resilience of the natural world since her young days catching frogs and snakes in the garden and finding new specimens for her insect collection. She was born and raised in Southern California and has experienced as much diversity in cultures and people, as she has in California’s unique biomes.

Hannah Mulvany
ETH Podcast Co-Producer, Communications and Community Manager
Hannah has worked in environmental and nature communications for her whole career, starting out as an author and researcher before progressing onto social media and visual storytelling. She works as a freelance communications manager for wildlife non-profits, as well as being a proud co-producer of the Earth to Humans Podcast. Kristin Tieche
Filmmaker
Kristin Tièche is a filmmaker and editor based in San Francisco, CA. She has edited thousands of hours of film and television, with a focus on non-fiction and documentary storytelling. She specializes in immersive visual storytelling and character-driven films about sustainability, conservation and science.
She is known for her award-winning short films, including "Forms of Identification" (2011), "The Spinster" (2013), "The Bat Rescuer (2016), and "Velo Visionaries" (2015-2017). Her first feature documentary, "The Invisible Mammal," about bat conservation in North America, is due for release in early 2025.
Kristin holds an MA in Television, Radio and Film from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, and teaches film editing at Diablo Valley College.
